Warranty

Return, Refund or Exchange
All items are fully inspected prior to shipping, however at times mistakes can happen, so please before leaving negative feedback allow us to correct any errors.  If an item does arrive defective, the buyer must contact us within 7 days upon receipt in order for a return authorization to take effect.  In order for an exchange to occur the defective item must be returned within 14 days from original purchase date.  All returned items must be sent back in original packaging along with all components and accessories included.  Buyer must provide shipping tracking number, reason for return, and your eBay ID.  In the rare event that an item is not as described, we will replace the item or issue a full refund.  All refunds will go directly back into your PayPal account.  We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost (unless the item is damaged or defective).
