For sale, Fujifilm x100 digital rangefinder camera. This is the first installment of Fuji's wildly popular X100 series of rangefinder digital cameras that take functionality and styling cues from old film rangefinders like the Leica m3, Canon 7, etc. Unlike those old 35mm cameras, the Fuji is modern, small, light, super easy to use and carry with you anywhere.
It's in great working condition--no problems with function at all. Lens is in great shape, no scratches, haze, dust, or fungus. Viewfinder is bright and clear. Display screen works as it should. All menu options work. Built-in flash works and is awesome to have--one function difference from the old film cameras that makes this little Fuji so enjoyable. (I wish some of my film rangefinders had the built-in option.) The film simulation modes are fun to experiment with, given lighting and subject matter, and are surprisingly accurate to the original film stocks. Velvia and Provia are favorites.
This camera has been used and loved and so there are signs of use. The body has scratches and scuffs in the paint. These are all cosmetic imperfections from use and don't affect the camera functionality whatsoever. Please refer to pictures.
Bought this one new years ago and have loved it. Just have to thin out the camera collection and this one doesn't get the love it deserves anymore.
Great little camera for street photography, point-and-shoot style photos, wide-angle day-to-day stuff. It has the feel of an old 35mm rangefinder without the downsides of film--much cheaper to shoot onto the SD card than onto film at a roll+processing+scans+prints! The photos are really crisp and can be edited post-production to have that silky, grainy film look.
