If an expert can help with identification please advise - I have been informed the long engraved brass item is for the treatment of syphilis, in addition to several different scrapers, cutters and medical items along with a bronze scalpel, a fire starter, a 1776 silver coin and various beads and stones and other items strung together with sinew and all surviving intact as a group.
