    Description

    Up for auction is what appears to be a partially finished flint or banded slate pendant.  I welcome any comments as I'm not really too sure what to say about this one.  It came out of extensive collection of Native American Artifacts but was on display all by itself with no description.  I do know that the majority of the items out of this collection were found along the Mackinaw River in Central Illinois.  Once upon a time this area was home to the Kickapoo, Potawatomi, Chippewa, and Ottawa Tribes.  The Kickapoo actually remained in the area up until the mid-1850's which made this area a prime spot for artifact hunters.  Please feel free to check out my other auctions as I am listing some things out of this Civil War and Native American collection.  30-Day Money Back Guarantee on this so please feel free to reach out with any questions, comments, or offers you may have.
