This is Vintage 1943 Brown Co. Starr "X" Drink Coca Cola Bottle Opener.

Marked on front:
50 Made in USA.
Measures approx. 3 1/4" long, 2 3/4" wide.
The opener is simple to use after it is mounted to a wall.
Great vintage condition, minor wear on raised lettering original red paint.
